My work is guided by attachment-theory to help you understand the way your attachment style affects your intimate partnerships, your work, your inner dialogue, and your health and performance matters.
I utilize cutting edge practices including IFS (Internal Family Systems) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to address trauma, stuck spots, anxiety and depression.
I offer both in-person therapy, or virtual appointments in my Rockridge (Oakland) Office.
